Uhhh, I think you do. A lot of life is based on incentives - With everything else being equal, someone who is regularly able to have sex has less incentive to change an aspect of their life than someone who is not. While I wouldn't think it's the primary reason why fat people don't lose weight, I think it's at least on the list.
