Jewdo, mirc is not user friendly. I'd set up some sort of javascript based chat, like this one. I'd do it myself, but it would take work.

Again, you can use a browser to chat. I am doing so myself at work. Just go read the chat thread.

I prefer using mIRC the program. Either way it is easy and it is user friendly if you're not a moron.
