TACS is CANCELLED after this week, end of an era

I'm guessing that they will be off the station by the beginning of next week (when the station changes formats), but that they will serve out the rest of the year on their contracts by doing a webcast/podcast show. It would still be done through CBS/KLSX so it would be censored and I would assume that it will still be the three of them since I doubt CBS wants to buy out any of their contracts.

Figure a payout on the length of the contract will give her time to stay at home when she eventually gets knocked up. She'll find something in writing - she's articulate and intelligent, as well as creative enough. She'll find something.

Well, this is horribly fucking depressing.

I'd doubt that CBS would continue to produce for a podcast-only show. I could be wrong. I also think a contract buyout is likely: the talent want the freedom to go and seek new employment.

The uptick in "I was taking a meeting and Mark Wahlberg came up and showed me his tattoo removal" talk should have been a tip-off that something was in the works, but I was hoping it was something positive. And perhaps it will be, but at this point, all I'm wondering is if someone out there has a comprehensive TACS archive, much like Gio's LL Database. Anyone?

At some point last year, all of the podcast files were made available and I clicked "Get All" in iTunes and it downloaded all of them overnight. But most of the early 2006 stuff I have are just bits and pieces of various segments, not the full shows.
