Did you really just conflate FHF with TACS? You don't see anything that would differentiate how the market would treat a critically acclaimed show with what have been reported as improving ratings vs. a lunchtime dead-air filler manned by sub-human hacks?

Listen, I'm not saying the show's going to be just fine. I'm saying I'd like to hear something more definitive than "we've got a big announcement" before firing up the incinerator.

This has nothing to do with how much you like Adam or hate FHF. We just had our first stated fact that a major KLSX show is over. Think about that: FHF is gone, and it's lining up perfectly with the apparent fact that Adam is leaving, too.

i think that the on-air voices (including teresa and bald bryan, among others), engineers and staff should continue to podcast the show but rather have it as one big file complete with any commercials they need to generate revenue for the show, even make it subscription-based if necessary (i know myself and most people wouldn't mind paying a few bucks here or there for the greatness that is this show). that, or shop around for someone else to broadcast it in syndication. hell, i bought my ipod touch last month mainly so i could listen to the show's podcast in my car because i don't get the show in my city... this show seems to have a very loyal fan base. DON'T LEAVE US ADAM, WE'LL MISS YOU TOO MUCH!!!

Frost just said again to a caller that they can't say anything on the air till tomorrow. Same deal with TACS, most likely.

Right now, FHF are trying their hardest to basically say it's over. They're going in circles about how they can't say anything, but they're letting the listeners know that they know what's happening and can't say zip.

Honestly, if I were the type of guy to spread shitty rumors I would get the doubt .... but, damn, the calling of shenanigans on me HURTS.

Long story short, you're welcome for the "scoop". The really odd part is that EVERYONE at the station stayed quiet even though I had "heard" rumors about the flip/cancellation of TACS many DAYS before I made this thread. Glad Mary took the initiative to call in and address on OUR time - and didn't wait until the clock struck Thursday as planned - well done TACMB!!!

Sad to see the show go - HONESTLY. I wish they would have just tweaked it. That said, looking forward to Adam's next big thing.

hell to the no. i tried listening to that show a few times and its just awful. arnine isnt funny, dawn is annoying and rob is such a pompous ass i cant stand to hear his voice.
