Yes - very much so. One of my all time favorite moments of the show was very early on in the show - in 2006, when Doug Savant from Desperate Housewives was on the show. Brusca called Rachel Perry to make her watch the show so she'd be able to pose some interview questions, and Rachel left a voice mail on Brusca's cell phone where she said that Desperate Housewives sucked and there was no way she'd watch that show.
Mid-interview with Doug Savant, Brusca cues up that voice mail and the rest of the interview is Perry squirming trying to backpedal and tell Doug Savant it's a good show. Wish that clip was still up there in podcast land so I could link it.
That was funny. But I couldn't stand Brusca on air. He was obnoxious and had a real sense of entitlement. He did have thick skin and they could play pranks on him, which made that April Fool's Day prank a classic. I could tolerate him as long as he never spoke a word into the mike, other than being Adam's foil. He was not funny what-so-ever.

Yeah, I didn't find Brusca himself to be funny but he had no scruples about stirring shit up and that's part of what made the '06 show interesting. Had he been given a chance to tone down a little bit, I think the show could've created a perfect balance of Stern-esque controversy/comedy alongside Adam's rants, quick wit, and stories/analogies.

Twitter shmitter. Barack regularly reaches out to me via multiple avenues.
As for this thread... the show isn't going anywhere. Most music stations still have morning talk radio shows. So even with a format change, AceCo. will be fine.

Alright I signed up for this goofy shit, now MARC tomorrow on what may or may not be the final webcast wednesday, what I'm begging you to do is have a bic on hand, not a crack torch lighter a bic and someone standing by who can flip the lights, Adam will say he cant light farts in dockers but he did on LL, just make sure you dont have a crack torch lighter, so bring a Bic a pair a of jeans if possible and a dude who can turn the lights on and off 1-4 times for a few seconds.
MAKE THIS HAPPEN, MAN, THIS MAY BE THE LAST CHANCE and why the hell did they start webcast wednesdays now, its so f'ing cool but we don't it until get right before the show vanishes? maybe its a sign that nothing is going to happen to the KLSX lineup.
