Out to get you? Seriously?

What is Donnie bringing to the table that a stoned fifteen year old from Santa Cruz couldn't lecture me on? If anything he's doing a disservice to the people I know who do smoke weed and manage not to make it a focal point in their life.

Anyone have the video of Adam's skit from dancing with the stars? I looked on youtube and couldn't find it.

Thanks Soul Pole! Adam sure does have lots of nice toys. I think Drew is amused at Adam's obvious need to relive his childhood and make it better than it was. But none of us are immune to that impulse... why else is ebay so successful!?!

This podcast sucked because Adam had to re-rant the whole DWTS PA blunder to Drew as if for validation. Drew is something of a father figure to Adam even though they are probably the same age. My dad is still alive and I sometimes get the urge to call him up and rant about something for the same reason...to get his approval of my opinion. I try to fight this urge and Adam needs to do the same if he wants to keep listeners.

I hadn't thought of that.

Still... we got the best version because he really let it rip.

Yeah, heaven forbid there was a rehash of something on that podcast. Instead of Donnie asking about weed we could have heard 5 more minutes of Adam bitching about a Dancing With the Stars PA for the 100th time!

I tend to agree. That being said, some of us pot smokers get defensive because we hear the same dumb comments end on end on any normal sort of fuck up, regardless of if they are applicable or not. But for some reason, people who partake in alcohol seem to get a free pass when the same criteria is applied. For instance, it's not just potheads who forget their keys. I'd wager it's a rather common phenomenon for most people. But if a guy who drinks every night losses his car keys most people won't blame the alcohol for some reason, even though that drug isn't exactly known for keeping memory sharp.

As far as "out to get you," I don't think people are actively "out to get me." However, I do think that if I were growing pot at this moment and didn't have a medical card there would be people who wouldn't mind me sitting in a prison somewhere, and there would be a justice system that would happily accommodate their wishes.

I don't even know why most pot users would have a problem with his stance on pot. He thinks it should be legal. Everything after this isn't important to me.
